Manufacturing process of Montage

Acceptance of parts

Bar materials processed by Energy company (also known as Royal company) in North America
are delivered to Japan in containers while some parts such as glass are procured in Japan.

Cutting process

Use an advanced cutting machine controlling the length in 0.1mm
increments to cut the bar material to meet the specified size.

Punching process

Use a punching machine that exclusively developed for Montage
to form water drain holes in the bar material.

Welding process

Weld the joints of the four frames on the top, bottom, left, and right.
Weld four points simultaneously by using an advanced welding machine to finish high quality window.

Burring process

Use a fully automatic corner cleaner to remove burrs that occur during the welding process.

Assembly process

Assemble small parts such as crescents and drain valves into the frames and sashes.

Glass mounting process

Assemble the Double Glazing Glass into the frame and sash.
(Low-E, clear or figured glass as ordered).

Inspection process

Skilled inspectors will rigorously inspect the finished windows for defects.
